This Privacy Policy applies to the My Notes mobile application developed as a privacy-first, offline-capable productivity and organization tool. This document explains how our application handles information, user data, and third-party advertising services.

1. Data Storage & Privacy Philosophy

We believe your personal tasks, finances, notes, and schedules belong solely to you:

• 100% Local Device Storage: All your notes, Todo horizon lists, Eisenhower matrix items, financial transaction ledgers, shopping lists, and mind maps are stored exclusively in your device's local sandbox storage.
• Zero Server Tracking: We do not operate external database servers that collect, store, or profile your personal note entries or financial balance sheets.
• Offline By Design: Core app functionalities (creating notes, organizing todos, managing budgets, and scheduling reminders) operate seamlessly without an internet connection.

2. Data Backup and Export

When you utilize the Export Backup feature, a standard JSON file is generated locally on your device. You have complete control over where this file is saved or shared (e.g., local storage, personal Google Drive, or messaging apps). We do not have access to your exported backup files.

3. Third-Party Advertising & Diagnostic Services

To support ongoing development and maintenance, the Application integrates Google AdMob (a service provided by Google LLC) to serve advertisements.

• Google AdMob may collect and process pseudonymous identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID (AAID), IP address, and general device telemetry to deliver non-personalized or personalized advertisements and prevent fraud.

4. Device Permissions Used

The Application requests only standard Android permissions necessary to deliver essential productivity features:

• Post Notifications & Exact Alarms: Used exclusively to trigger scheduled task and event reminders configured by you.
• Biometric Authentication: Used solely on-device via Android BiometricPrompt to secure app access or protected notes. Your biometric fingerprint/face data never leaves your device's hardware security module.
• Internet: Required exclusively to load Google AdMob banner ads and check for official application updates via the Google Play Store.
• Vibration: Used to provide tactile haptic feedback during interactive controls.

5. Children's Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. All productivity content remains strictly on the user's local device.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
